Beaumaris and Boroondara-Carey Eagles were promoted to the 2023 Men's National Premier Leagues Victoria 3. Beaumaris lost to Caroline Springs George Cross 0-3 in the 2022 Victorian Men's State League Division 1 Grand Final. Mazenod were relegated to the 2023 Victorian Men's State League Division 2 South-East. Amalgamations, name changes and withdrawals Fitzroy City became Melbourne Srbija in 2023. Boroondara-Carey Eagles became Boroondara Eagles in 2023. Warragul United amalgamated with Latrobe United and Gippsland and competed as Gippsland United in 2023. |
