Braeside United were crowned 1993 Victorian Provisional League Division Three Champions.
Braeside United, Mitcham United, Monash University and Meadow Park were promoted to the 1994 Victorian Provisional League Division Two.
NOTE: The Victorian Soccer Federation restructured the bottom three divisions of the Provisional League at the conclusion of the 1993 season, opting to remove the existing tiered hierarchy in favour of a regional zone structure. As a result, no teams from Provisional League Division Three were relegated.
