Prague, APIA Leichhardt, South Coast United and Pan Hellenic contested the top four final series
South Coast United were crowned the 1963 NSW Division One First Grade Champions
Auburn was relegated to the 1964 New South Wales Division Two competition but merged with Gladesville-Ryde to form Cumberland United and remained in the 1964 New South Wales Division One competition.
